Refund policy
1. Exchange
Customers may exchange the size of an item within 7 days from the date of receipt.
A processing fee of 60 THB will be applied for exchanges.
Conditions for eligible items:
- The item must be in its original condition with no signs of use.
- The item must have all original tags attached and intact.
- The item must not have been washed or ironed.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the brand reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
2. Return
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except in cases where the error is caused by the brand.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item due to the brand’s fault, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์สินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า มีค่าดำเนินการในการส่งเปลี่ยนสินค้า 60 บาท
เงื่อนไขของสินค้าที่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้:
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่มีร่องรอยการใช้งาน
- สินค้าต้องไม่ถูกตัดหรือแกะป้าย
- สินค้าต้องไม่ถูกซักหรือรีด
หากสินค้าที่ส่งคืนไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว ทางแบรนด์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเปลี่ยนสินค้า
2. การคืนสินค้า (Return)
ทางแบรนด์ ไม่รับคืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี ยกเว้นกรณีที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของทางแบรนด์เอง
3. สินค้าที่ชำรุดหรือมีตำหนิ
ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าที่ชำรุดหรือมีตำหนิเนื่องจากความผิดพลาดของทางแบรนด์
สามารถติดต่อเพื่อเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
